Access to Harrogate is from Leeds/Bradford airport or there aare excellent rail services and road access via the A1(M) or from across the Pennines and Manchester airport via M62 then M1 & A1(M) or northern route M6 and the M65, or even Darlington coming south on the A1.

Accommodation Has been reserved for 20+ Standard twin/double rooms @ £55 per person/night. Single occupancy @ £80 per room (a £10 supplement has been forced on us if Saturday 1 night only booking).
The welcome get together which will be on the Friday night at 8pm in the “Queens” dining room is a 3-course dinner for about 50 at £25 per person.

The lodge meeting will be on Saturday at the Harrogate Masonic Hall
There will be a demonstration of the Lodge of Sorrows presented by members of Glossopdale Lodge. Ladies will be invited to a buffet lunch (£15) before lodge opens and to the demonstration.
On Saturday evening from 6.30pm for dining at 7.30 pm will be the formal Ladies Festival dinner costing just £26 Dress code will if possible be black ties for men and cocktail/evening dresses for the ladies but jacket and tie will be fine if you wish.
Standard format as per normal (English, Worcestershire, Lancashire and may be other provinces) for the Ladies evening including speeches and ladies’ song.
The entertainment will be self motivated and we can enjoy our own company without competing with the high decibels generated by the dance band, rock group or DJ!
With carriages at midnight or take the air for a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
