Should you require, beauty treatments are available at an extra charge and should be booked in advance of your stay. Children must be accompanied at all times and may use the pool until 6pm daily. If you wish to make table reservations during your stay and have not already booked, we strongly suggest you do so prior to your arrival, to avoid disappointment. Please be aware The Flambé Steak Restaurant/ Brasserie is not available on a Friday & Saturday Evening. Check in is any time after 2p.m. We ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m. on day of departure. Upon Check in you can collect your car parking display ticket, we can only guarantee parking until 12 noon on day of departure. To check into the Hotel you will be required to produce either a Credit or Debit Card for a security swipe. Please note, we ask for 14 days Cancellation Notice, any bookings cancelled after this time will incur a Cancellation Fee. We can only accept verbal cancellations, followed by a fax where possible. A cancellation code will be given as proof of said cancellation. All non-arrivals will be charged the full rate. Saturdays are a minimum of a 2-night stay, reservations that have been made for 2 nights can not be altered to a 1-night stay on a Saturday Evening. There is a statutory fine of GBP 150.00 for smoking in a non-smoking room or removing a smoke detector. Any Criminal damage caused to a hotel room or its contents will be charged to the occupying guest.
